Based on this fact, how does the brand battery appear in the market? We all know that it is inevitable to produce unqualified products during production, that is, the A-or B grade that we define.These so-called unqualified products do not meet the technical standards set by the manufacturers. for example, if the internal resistance is less than 0.2 mΩ, then the internal resistance of 0.3 mΩ is not up to standard, as for whether there are 5 mΩ products in the nonconforming products, that’s not what manufacturers need to consider. Because these non-conforming products eventually flow to different demand markets with different applications.

The market will sort these unqualified products, those with close capacity and voltage will be sold at 20% less than the price of the qualified product, and those with more deviation in internal resistance voltage will be sold at even lower 40% discount.
Another source of low-cost batteries is the accident vehicle. The batteries with EV either flooded or collided are usually brand batteries, which are recycled to the market and sold at a discount of 20% to 30%. The basic technical indicators can meet the standards of the new battery, but it is uncertain whether the internal structure is damaged or whether the cyclelife can be guaranteed.

Of course, many customers have been told or know that this is acceptable when they buy. If customers buy these low-cost products unknowingly, the possible after-sales and losses can not be predicted and controlled.
Therefore, when faced with the temptation of excess profits, we can remain calm, determine our own needs and risk-taking ability, and then make a choice, so that we will not be caught by surprise.
